With over two decades of experience across diverse industries — including crypto, climate tech, fintech, education, and manufacturing — Bob has led global HR teams in more than ten countries and held executive roles in companies ranging from seed-stage ventures to growth-stage enterprises.

Bob is known for his ability to scale HR infrastructure, build inclusive cultures, and guide organizations through transformational change. His expertise spans talent acquisition, organizational design, leadership coaching, compliance, and performance management. As a fractional HR leader, he has supported high-growth companies, restructured global operations, and developed go-to-market strategies for innovative employee benefits.

Prior to launching TeamBob HR, Bob held senior leadership roles at companies like Okcoin, BRD, Imperfect Foods, and Thomson Reuters. He is a trusted advisor to founders and executive teams, often brought in to build people-first practices that align with business goals.

Bob holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and is an active member of HR networks including PeopleTech Partners, StartupExperts, and CPOHQ.
